Course format: 3 weekly, 1-hour classes(6:30PM to 7:30PM), 3-Mondays (Feb 23rd, Mar 2nd & Mar 9th) Ideal for beginners or those coming back to a practice after some time out, this 3-week Introducing Mindfulness course offers a brief exploration of mindfulness practice and theory.

About the event
This 3-week course combines didactic learning, experiential mindfulness practices, trying out what’s learned in your daily life, and group discussions. The structure of the course is progressive, with the theme of each session building on the learning and experience from the previous week.
