Every therapist has a counseling philosophy and approach. My philosophy is that I don’t give advice; I make suggestions and recommendations in a supportive manner based on the information you, the client, share in a session.

There is never any judgment in sessions; as your therapist, my top priority is ensuring you feel safe, supported, and heard. What you feel, think, and say is important to me; you are the expert on your life.
