FREE Introduction to Mindfulness 3 Saturdays Course. If you have ever been curious about the word "Mindfulness" or interested in exploring meditation, then this course is for you. The course will run on three consecutive Saturdays, 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM on May 9th, May 16th, and May 23rd.

About the event

The free online course will be group-based, run over 3 Saturdays, and involve a combination of teaching, mindfulness practices, trying out what is learned in everyday life, and discussion. 


  • Each session will include guided, structured meditation practices. Many are drawn from modern psychology.

  • Each practice or exercise is followed by a review of what you and/or other participants experienced or discovered in that practice/exercise. This review does not include a discussion of participants’ past history.

  • Each session is followed by suggestions for personal practice. This includes both recommended guided practices and ways to cultivate new habits of mindfulness in everyday life.

  • Each session (except the first) includes a review of the previous week’s personal practice.

  • You will have access to guided practices and written material to support each session.

    This ticket includes a link to a Google Form, which you must complete to receive updates on the course and the Zoom link for the class.
